ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE

Please note you can not cancel your order once it is placed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, your order will be delivered within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Please ensure that delivery information provided is accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will attempt to redeliver or inform you of the next steps. In some cases, the package will be held at a pickup point or returned to us.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please proceed on our return portal https://dorina.returnless.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at enquiry@dorina.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with EU consumer law.
PROMOTIONS
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers. These are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
