In the top right corner of the homepage, click "Sign Up" to create an account. You'll need to provide an email address and create a password.
You can also use your Facebook or Google accounts to sign up.
Click on "Forgot Password?" on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Ordering and Shipping
Yes, we offer delivery to all European Union countries and the United Kingdom. Simply select your country from the dropdown list at checkout to see if we can deliver to your location. We're constantly working to expand our shipping options, so keep an eye out as we add more countries to the list!
All orders are processed within 7 business days. However, delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected and the destination of your order.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days, please contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. Factors such as the weight or size of your package, your delivery destination, and the shipping method selected (e.g., flat-rate, real-time, free, or expedited) will all influence the final shipping cost.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery on the courier's website.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
However, if you need assistance, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you in cancelling the order if it's still possible.
We follow the regulations of the destination country. Any import charges or customs duties are calculated and included at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges for our customers when their order arrives. Please note that these fees depend on your country’s customs regulations.
At present, we are only able to process one shipping address per order. If you wish to send items to different addresses, kindly place a separate order for each delivery address.
Products
All our items are sold with EU sizing. To check international size conversions or find your size, please refer to our size guide, available on each product page. You can also view the full list of size guides here.
While we can't guarantee if or when an item will be restocked, we recommend setting up an email alert on the product page. This way, you'll be notified as soon as the item becomes available again, ensuring you don't miss out on your favourite products.
Returns and Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change the size or colour of an item, please return your order and place a new one. For more details, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.
We’re sorry if you've received a damaged or incorrect item. If the product is damaged or differs from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you with a return or refund, as per our Returns and Exchanges policy.
Promotions
At checkout, you'll find a field to enter your coupon code or gift card. If the value of the code covers the total cost, no further payment information will be required. If there’s a remaining balance, you will be prompted to provide a secondary payment method.
Payment
Yes, your security is our priority. We use a secure connection to process payments and do not store your payment information. For more details on how your data is collected and used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Taxes are calculated according to your shipping address and will be added to your total at checkout.
No, you will not be charged if your order is cancelled. However, please note that your bank may temporarily hold the funds.
Your payment currency is determined by your shipping location. When you select your shipping country, the currency will automatically adjust to match the relevant currency for that location.
We currently accepts credit cards and Google Pay. We are working on adding more payment methods to provide you with additional options in the future.
