Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your items under the conditions outlined below.

 

RETURN CONDITION

Returns are free of charge for customers and must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Each order must be return separately.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned items are not in their original condition.


RETURN PROCESS

We use Returnless to simplify the return process. To initiate a return, visit our return portal at https://dorina.returnless.com and follow the instructions.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Gift cards

For questions about specific items, please reach out to us.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order separately.


REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
