Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your items by following the conditions below. To start a return, simply visit our return portal.

  • Use our return portal with your order number (4 digits, no special characters) and email address.

  • Return shipping fees are charged to the customer through the portal, with the amount depending on the chosen carrier option. A pre-paid return label will be provided to make the process easier.

United Kingdom customers:

  • Use our return portal with your order number (4 digits, no special characters), email address or postcode.

  • Return shipping fees are charged to the customer through the portal, with the amount depending on the chosen carrier option. A pre-paid return label will be provided to make the process easier.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order separately.


REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
