RETURN CONDITION
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Each order must be returned separately.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are not returned in their original condition.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Gift cards

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order separately.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
