In the rare case that an incorrect item has been shipped to you, please contact our Customer Service team within seven days for pickup and/or replacement as needed. No delivery fee will be charged for this service.
In the case of an error in website data, our Customer Service team will contact you to fix the error without any extra charge from your side.
Replacement or refunds for defective items will be given under the following conditions:
For a refund or replacement due to incorrect sizing, it is a prerequisite that the customer uses the Sizer application accurately during the purchase and adheres to its size recommendation. Additionally, a customer could have previously used the Sizer application and linked the recommended size to their account. The size record from the Sizer application at the time of purchase will stand as proof of the recommended size.
Item(s) must be returned in their original purchase condition within five working days with an unbroken tamper-proof seal.
If the tamper-proof seal is broken upon receipt of goods, please immediately refuse delivery and inform the delivery staff if applicable; and contact our team within two working days of receiving your items to arrange a replacement.
If you suspect something is wrong with your item, please do not use it and contact our team for assistance.
Only products purchased on www.dorina.com may be returned for replacement.
Notwithstanding any laws or otherwise, no exchange or refund will be made for non-defective, correctly delivered products.

MISSING ITEMS
If your order goes missing, our Customer Service team can assist you. Please reference your order number in all communications with us.
If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners but is stolen or you cannot locate it, we will not accept refund requests.
You will be required to sign a delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
