When an order is placed, it will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. We currently ship within the United Kingdom, France and Germany only but we are adding new countries to our dispatch all the time – please contact us for the latest updates on delivery availability.

Our orders are dispatched normally within 1 working day of order confirmation and normally delivered to Hong Kong addresses within 3 working days; For West China addresses within 1-3 working days and East China addresses, within 3-5 working days.

Our logistics partner will do their best to contact you prior to the delivery via the contact details you provided at the time of purchase.

How can I track my delivery?
